Processing & production time
All FondlyGoods products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping times
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after production, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, please reach out at support@fondlygoods.com

Delays
Occasionally, production or carrier delays occur (high-volume periods, weather, etc.). We'll always do our best to keep you updated. If you're ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend ordering early to allow buffer time.
